Project Manager/Project Leader at ImmuneOncia

  This is a unique position for someone who would like to have an opportunity to experience the front-line of new drug development.
  Established in 2016 as a joint venture company between Yuhan (Seoul, KR) and Sorrento (San Diego, US), ImmuneOncia is a virtual biotech focusing on developing immuno-oncology therapeutics. We are a small, agile group of pharma industry experts, with a mission to deliver cutting-edge immunotherapy to cancer patients globally. We are looking for Project Manager/Project Leader (PM/PL) who will contribute to developing novel immunotherapy compounds.

- Responsibilities
  PM/PL will be responsible for leading the preclinical development activities of one or more immune-checkpoint inhibitors, in close collaboration with internal/external partners. Essential duties and responsibilities include : 
  * Research and plan overall project plan, budget and timeline, and execute activities; communicate progress with the team
  * Facilitate collaborations with partners; apply/manage research grants (if applicable)
  * Work in conjunction clinical development team and with legal/financial

- Requirements
  * PhD in life science/biology/biotechnology or related fields
  * Comfortable working in English 
  * Qualifications below are pluses but we are most interested in finding someone with a passion for research and development. 
    - Major in immunology or cancer biology; knowledge in monoclonal antibody therapeutics 
    - 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry/R&D
    - Experienced in working in a virtual setting, working with collaborators with diverse cultural/professional backgrounds, including academia, industry and government
    - Advanced organization skills, critical thinking, ability to multi-task, flexible, collaborative spirit
